Description

If you’re into running on a regular basis, you may begin to feel that your muscles are getting tight and they may start to hurt you. Maybe you’re feeling tension in your hamstrings, hip flexors or quads?

So you need to make sure that you are stretching after you exercise. And having regular sessions of Thai Yoga Bodywork can help to reduce muscle soreness and stiffness that may occur in female runners due to repetitive motion and high-impact activities.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a deep, full-body treatment, combining applied pressure, stretching of the joints and muscles, gentle twisting, and traction. It incorporates many yoga poses such as Plow, Half-Spinal twist, Camel and Balancing Bear Pose. I will be holding or pulling your muscles to maintain a pose in a safe and supportive manner.

It’s easy to say it’s lazy (wo)man’s yoga. But it’s more than that. You’ll feel that you have been stretched to your most comfortable limit, something that you can’t do to yourself.

It’s not an ordinary massage experience. You’ll come out feeling more flexible, refreshed, energetic and relaxed.

If you are looking to prevent stiffness and muscle injury so that you can do that long-distance run, then experience a Thai Yoga Bodywork session. Even better – book several sessions and you’ll for sure feel a difference!
